2 C. sugar
4 TBS cocoa
1 Can (1⅔ Cup) evaporated milk
4 TBS butter
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa and stir constantly over low heat for several minutes until cocoa begins to get dark and wet looking. Add milk and butter immediately. Turn heat to medium and bring to boil, stirring all the time. Add vanilla and remove from heat. Makes about 2 cups. Serve hot or cold on ice cream.
