Oil and vinegar - half and half
¼ cup lemon juice
3 dashes worchestshire sauce
¼ cup Liquid smoke
Course black pepper
Garlic powder
Msg
Parsley flakes


Directions:
Directions:
MSG and garlic is sprinkled on chicken before grilling.

Marinade chicken or ribs and grill.
Good on Shish kabobs.
Marinate veggies too, such as onions, bell peppers, tomatoes.

This is dad's marinade that we loved. He never really measured but just threw it together. He said he learned to cook from his brother, Noel.
