¾ lbs. scallops halved or quartered
¾ lbs. medium shrimp, uncooked
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. salt
1 cup Romano Cheese, grated
2½ cups half and half
3 T. all purpose flour
2 cloves minced
1 small onion finely chopped
3 T. butter
12 Lasagna noodles
½ cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

Spray 10X13 casserole dish. Cook noodles until done. Melt butter and add chopped onions, cook 5 minutes, add garlic and cook 1 minute longer; stir in flour, add half and half & cheese; stir well. Add salt and pepper. Add scallops and cook 3-4 minutes, add shrimp and cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Spoon 2 Tbs. sauce into pan, spread over bottom, layer noodles and sauce with seafood until all is layered. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes uncovered.
