I package beef flavor Ramen Noodles
2 tablespoons oil, such as canola
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
One package (small package) of broccoli slaw or Cole slaw mix, doesn't matter
1/4 cup red or green pepper. Dice the pepper.
This is optional, sliced snow peas 1/2 cup only the snow peas are optional!
The flavor seasoning from the Ramen Noodles
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and vinegar in a sauce pan simmer until sugar is dissolved, let it cool.
To the sugar and vinegar mixture add black pepper, oil, and Ramen Noodle seasoning pack
Place all vegetables in a bowl; mix all the vegetables together.
Now pour the liquid vinegar mixture over the slaw; mix it well.
Cover and refrigerate until chill
Now just before serving, crush your noodles and spread over the chilled slaw, do not stir in the noodles, just leave the crushed noodles on top of salad.

This salad is different and delicious but must be serve right away or noodles get soggy you do not want soggy noodles.
