1 16 oz package beef little Smokies sausages
1 pound Bacon
1 cup brown sugar or to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350º
2. Cut bacon into thirds and wrap around each sausage. Secure with toothpicks or thread onto skewers.
3. Arrange onto foil covered baking sheets. Sprinkly liberally with brown sugar.
5. Bake in oven until bacon is crisp and the brown sugar is melted.

These can be wrapped ahead of time and layered into a bowl with the brown sugar and refrigerated for several hours or overnight. This allows all the flavors to meld. Cook before serving. Can be kept warm in a crock pot on warm, but don’t allow them to burn
