8 Slices Bacon
17 (or 12?) slices Bread - Crusts removed
1/4 cup Butter softened
1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
8 eggs lightly beaten
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 325º
2. Cook bacon until evenly brown. Drains, crumble, set aside
3. Butter 1 side of each slice of bread
4. Arrange ½ bread, butter side down in a 9"x13" baking dish
5. Layer in bacon and ½ cheeses
6. Layer on remaining bread, butter side up
7. Mix eggs and milk. Pour evenly over bread
8. Cover with remaining cheeses.
9. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
10. Bake for 1 hour until cheese is bubblly and eggs are set.
