1 tbs butter
2 eggs
finely chopped small onion
salt and white pepper
3 tble. Sugar
3 Tble white vinegar
8 oz. Cream cheese at room temp.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut cream cheese into blocks.
2. Heat other ingredients on low heat, stirring constantly until warm.
3. Begin adding the cream cheese.
4. Continue mixing and cooking until blended. Be careful not to burn. Mixture will get thin.
5. Continue cooking and stirring until it thickens-the consistency of soft peaks. Will thicken as it cools.
6. Store in the refrigerator.
