3 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped raw, unsalted walnuts
1/2 cup chopped unsalted almonds
1/2 cup chopped unsalted pecans
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins, optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350º spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray
2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, nuts, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon and raisins.
3. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake until golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes
4. Transfer the sheet to a cooling rack and let cool completely.
5. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Delicious served with yogurt and fruit or eat alone.
 

Oyster Snack Crackers

2 pckg oyster crackers
1 ½ C oil
2 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
dill weed

Directions:

1. Place crackers in a large bowls.
2. small bowl: combine the remaining ingredients
3. Pour over the crackers, mix well.
4. Let stand 2 hours
5. Store in an airtight container
