1 package Mrs. Wages SALSA Tomato mix ( I find this at Walmart )
½ C white Vinegar
3 large cans of chopped tomatoes
5-6 pint size, Ball jars and lids

Directions:
Directions:
1. Open tomatoes and drain off all liquid. Make sure tomatoes are chopped up small. Pour them into a pot.
2. Add the vinegar and the salsa mix.
3. Bring mixture to a boil and let boil for 10 min. The reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
4. Pour the salsa into the Ball jars and seal lid. Turn the jar upside down on the counter and bring another pot of water
to a boil.
5. Place jars in the boiling water for 40 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. This should seal the jars for storage.
6. This recipe is on the back of the salsa mix.
