1- 24 oz cream style cottage cheese
3 apples, peeled, cored, slicedabout 2 ¾ C
1 ¼ C raisins
2 T margarine, melted
1- 16oz pdg wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 T ground cinnamon
1- 8oz can crushed pineapple
1 C sugar

1. In large mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, apples, raisins and undrained pineapple.
2. In a small mixing bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon
3. In a greased 13"x9"x2"baking dish, place ⅓ of the cooked drained noodles.
4. Top it with ½ of the cottage cheese mixture and ⅓ cinnamon sugar
5. Place ⅓ of cooked noodles and second half of cottage cheese mixture
6. Sprinkle ⅓ cinnamon sugar. End the layering with the rest of the cooked noodles
7. Brush noodles with margarine; sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar over all.
8. Add additional sliced apples in the middle of the baking dish
9. Bake, covered in a 325º oven for one hour or until heated through.

Serve kugel immediately, spooning juices over all servings.
