8-inch graham cracker pie crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
½ c lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine condensed (not evaporated) milk with egg yolks at medium speed of electric beater. Beat until light and creamy.
Slowly add lime juice, mixing until thoroughly blended.

Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and an “S” twist of lime.

This recipe is from a resort in Islamorada, Florida Keys. Cort, Jane and their family have enjoyed key lime pie on their vacations through the years and they love this great, easy version of a classic.
