3/4 Cups sugar
1 banana, mashed
2 Cups sour cream
1 can (16 oz) sliced peaches, drained
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
1 Cup chopped pecans (opt.)
3/4 Cup halved maraschino cherries
1/4 Cup cherry juice

Mix all ingredients together - pour into 8 cup Jell-O mold (or meatloaf pan) sprayed with Pam and freeze until firm. Unmold and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.

This was a Thanksgiving favorite, however for daily use you can also put into mini-loaf pans to make 4 mini loaves. Use one for dinner and freeze the rest for the future.
