1 1/2 Cups breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup milk
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb pork sausage
1 small can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
1 egg
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Use hands to shape into meatballs about the size of a walnut.

Bake on jelly-roll pan for 25-30 minutes at 350º
