1 lb ground beef
1 lb Hot Owens sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 lbs Velveeta Cheese, cut in small cubes
Splash of enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and sausage in skillet. Drain off fat.

Add other ingredients, stirring until cheese melts. (can do in microwave).
Serve hot with chips and Pig Out!
