Can Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thin cut preferred)
Campbell's dry soup mix packet
Texmati Rice

Preheat oven:
Glass Pan - 325º
Metal - 350º

Grease pan with Pam.

Spread one cup of Texmati Rice along bottom of pan (11x13 size). Salt and Pepper 4-5 chicken breast pieces. Sprinkle with Campbell's Soup Mix (either Savory Herb and Garlic or Onion Soup), spreading mix around. Add 1 can Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup, spreading around evenly with a fork. Pour 2 cups of water over top. Cover with foil.

Bake 1 and 1/2 hours. After 1 hour, look at dish. If soupy, take off foil cover to finish the dish.
