1 can tuna
2 fillets of uncooked salmon
½ chopped white onion
2 cups of chopped swiss chard

2 potatoes, peeled and boiled for mashing
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Gluten Free bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Run the tuna, salmon and swiss chard through a food processor.
Dump into bowl.
Add mashed potato.
Sauté onion in butter then add to mixture.
Add salt and pepper.
Add 2 eggs and mix together.

Form into patties, roll to cover in bread crumbs.

Pan fry in oil each side ~ 3 minutes to brown.

Place in a 400ºF preheated oven on a sheet for 20 minutes.

Optional - serve with white sauce and green peas over the top.
