1 lb. shrimp, uncooked
one red or yellow pepper, chopped
2 cloves chopped garlic
half Vidalia onion, chopped
1 T. Tuong Ot Toi Chili Garlic Sauce
4 green onions, chopped
2 T. slivered almonds
1 T. red chile pepper
dash salt
dash pepper
2 T. oyster sauce
1 cup vegetable stock
olive oil for sautéing
2 T. sliced ginger (optional )
1 tsp. sesame sauce (optional)
1 cup cooked brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a hot sauté pan, sauté the following in olive oil for 4 minutes - chopped pepper, garlic, green onion, Vidalia onion, almonds, chile pepper.

Set aside this vegetable mixture in a bowl. Keep the sauté pan (don't clean it).

Shell the shrimp - save the shells. In small pot - bring stock and oyster sauce to boil, add shells, simmer for 5 min. Strain out the shells and discard - set aside this sauce.

In original sauté pan, combine shrimp with olive oil, and cayenne pepper. Sauté 2 min. per side.

Leave shrimp in pan, add back the vegetables mixture and the sauce. Simmer 5 min. Add optional ingredients. Add 2 T. water with 1 tsp. corn starch if desired to make thicker.

Serve over rice and enjoy.
