1 lb. ground turkey (beef, or venison)
1 small onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 pkg chili-o seasoning packet
1 10 oz. can rotel original diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 10 oz can tomato sauce
1 can black beans, do not drain
2 can light kidney beans, do not drain
1 can northern or cannellini beans, do not drain
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground turkey in skillet with onion and green pepper. Place in bottom of crock pot. Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine.
Cook in crockpot on low heat for 8 hours.
Serve with grated cheese and cornbread.
