2 ½ lb chicken pieces
1 pkg Shake n Bake coating mix
1 jar sweet onions
1 can (1 lb) sweet potatoes, drained
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 400º
2. Coat chicken with seasoning coating mix as directed on the package.
3. Arrange chicken in a single layer in an ungreased shallow baking pan or casserole dish.
4. Bake in 400º oven for 10 minutes
5. Arrange the potatoes and onions around the chicken.
6. Brush vegetables with melted butter.
7. Bake 30-40 minutes, until chicken is tender.
