6 oz jumbo lump crab meat
1 slice white bread, remove crust and dice
1/4 tsp shallots finely diced
1/4 tsp chives
1 whole egg
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk 1 egg in bowl. Gently fold in all ingredients (except butter)
until combined
Shape crab cake into 3 oz patties
In hot saucepan add 2 T butter
Lightly brown crab cake on both sides
Remove from pan
Using small oven pan bake 5 minutes until done
