Boneless Chicken breasts, cut into smaller pieces or strips.

So I have a bowl of flour with salt and pepper, a bowl of milk and eggs (like you'd make for French toast) and a bowl of Panko bread crumbs. You take boneless chicken cut into smaller pieces or strips. Dip I. Each of the three bowls flour, egg then panko. Put into a large pan with about 1/2 inch oil heated. You can tell if it's hot enough if you sprinkle water into the oil and it sizzles. Let chicken get golden brown on one side then the other (4 minutes each side). Place on paper towels to drain. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.

This was Jimmy's favorite when he was growing up! Now he's a Vegan... go figure! We will have to eat his share now!
