1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup corn flour
1tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder,
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/8 cup oil
1/2 cup milk (adjust according to desired thickness of batter)
1/2 pint berries

Directions:
Directions:
Measure dry ingredients and combine in large mixing bowl
Add eggs, oil, and milk. Mix together.
Gently fold berries into batter.

Pour onto heated, greased griddle on medium heat
Flip when small bubbles form in pancake
Cook 1-2 minutes per side
