2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup well chilled Crisco
4-8 tbsp ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl bend flour and salt, cut in shortening with pastry blender or fork until coarse crumbs form. Stir in enough water with fork, just until dough holds together. Divide in half. Shape into 1/2 inch thick discs, wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Bake according to pie directions. Makes 2-8 inch pie crusts.
