32 oz. hash browns, grated or cubed
1/2 C. oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 T minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper, to taste
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C oleo, melted
2 C Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together hash browns, oleo, soup, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Pour into a greased casserole dish. Combine melted oleo and Corn Flakes and mix together in a baggie.
Sprinkle oleo and Corn Flakes over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
