1½ cups sifted flour
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup wheat germ
1 egg, well-beaten
¾ cup milk
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup molasses
½ cup ripe bananas, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Grease muffin pans

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Stir in wheat germ.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and add to the flour mixture, mixing until moistened.

Fill muffin cups ⅔ full.

Bake 20 minutes
