1 large onion
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic salt or powder
¼ tsp black pepper
2 T chili powder
2 splashes of hot sauce
1 to 2 T cooking oil
1 Box Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the onion very fine. Put onion and oil in large pot, slowly cooking onion until clear.
Add ground beef, stir and brown. Drain most of fluid after browning.
Add salt, garlic, pepper, chili powder and hot sauce.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add soup and stir for 15-20 minutes-It will stick if not constantly stirred.
Cook pasta and serve.
