Crepes:
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups flour
2 cups milk
1 T. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. butter

Praline Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
4 T. maple syrup
1/2 cup water
1 cup chopped pecans

Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs and salt. Gradually beat in flour alternating with milk. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat in butter. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter in hot, non stick frying pan. Batter should thinly cover entire bottom of pan. Cook until golden brown; flip. For praline sauce, melt butter until light brown. Cool slightly. Gradually mix in powdered sugar. Stir in syrup and water. Bring to a boil. Simmer 1 minute. Add nuts. To serve: Spoon vanilla ice cream into crepe and roll jelly roll style. Spoon praline sauce over top.
