4 ribs celery
1 green pepper
4 onions
1 bottle "hot" or spicy barbecue sauce
½ bottle ketchup
1 c chili powder
3 red peppers or red pepper flakes
4-5 lbs. hamburger

Directions:
Directions:
Cut celery, onions and green pepper. Boil in water until soft. Brown hamburger, drain fat. Put into a large pot. Drain onions and pepper and add to pot. Add barbecue sauce, ketchup, chili powder and red peppers. Stir and cool on low for at least an hour. adjust red pepper flakes for heat. This can be very hot!
