1 - 2 Pkgs of Pork Chops
Crisco
Eggs 3-4
Bread Crumbs Italian Style
Directions:
Directions:
Add 4-6 tablespoons of Crisco in large frying pan heat to medium high heat
wash Pork Chops
dip chicken in egg then bread crumbs
Place chicken breast in fry pan of Crisco and cook until brown- flip and brown other side

Place browned Pork Chops on baking sheet and place in oven on 350 degrees for about 30 min
