Ingredients:  
6 large sweet potatoes
1 stick of salted butter
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of caramel extract
2 cups of white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices
Drain all the water off the potatoes

Add 1 stick of butter, vanilla extract, and the 2 cups of sugar.

Cover and bring to a boil. Once it starts boiling, remove the lid and let it boil on high for 35 minutes or until potatoes are "candied".

Add sugar as needed.

Once the yams are done, add caramel extract
