About 16 fresh asparagus spears
8 slices thinly sliced deli ham, cut in half
16 slices or your favorite cheese, Swiss, Havarti or American
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips to make 16
mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
On a small flour tortilla, spread with mayonnaise, laying the ham, cheese, 2 slices red bell pepper, and two spears of asparagus to one side of the tortilla.
Tightly roll up; place seam side down and cover with foil.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Brown individually in a small amount of butter in an iron skillet.
