1 1/2 lb sweet potato
1/4 c butter or oleo
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 cflour
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. crushed basil
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2c milk
1 1/2 c, grated cheese
3/4 lb. cubed ham
Directions:
Directions:
Slice s.potato 1/4 thick
Melt butter, add onion, cook til tender
Remove from heat, add flour, salt,basil, mustard, pepper.
Cook on low til bubbly 2-3 min.
Remove from heat, stir in milk all at once.
Cook over med. until boils, boil 1 min.
Remove, stir in 3/4 c .cheese and ham.
Pour over greased casserole, arrange 1/2 s.potatoes
on top, repeat Bake 350 for 25 min.
