tomato chunks

Directions:

Repeat the above in a roasting pan.
Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350º for 1 hour or until done.
Season to taste.

Grandma Josie Gonnerman would make this casserole every time we went to visit her. Along with this, she would also make lime jello with pears in it and sugar cookies and/or cowboy cookies. It was the absolute best!
