½ box elbow macaroni
1 ½ lbs. ground beef, browned
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes with liquid
1 small can tomato paste
chopped onion
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain the water off macaroni.
Mix all of the remaining ingredients to the macaroni.
You may have to add tomato sauce or tomato juice to this if it seems like it's too dry.
Bake in casserole dish for approximately 30-45 minutes in 350º preheated oven.

This was a weekly staple in our household growing up. It was even great cold right out of the refrigerator when you didn't want to wake up mom and dad after staying out past curfew.
