¼ c. cocoa
1 c. water
¾ c. butter
2 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
½ c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Put the flour and sugar into a large mixer bowl. Heat in a sauce pan the butter, water and cocoa. Pour over the flour and sugar. Mix the sour milk, eggs, vanilla and baking soda in a cup. Add this to the cocoa mixture. Beat well and pour into greased and floured 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
 

Fudge Frosting
Ingredients:

3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Crisco shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix together in a sauce pan and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat, by hand, until thick enough to spread over the brownies. Cut and serve.
