6 cups chicken broth
2 celery ribs,diced
1 small onion chopped
1 medium carrot chopped
1 large head cauliflower
1/2 c.butter
3/4 c flour
2 c milk
1 c 1/2 & 1/2
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.dill weed
1/4 tsp.white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth, celery, onion. and carrot, bring to aboil. Reduce heat , cover and simmer for 5 min. Add cauliflower,cover and simmer 15-20 min.until veggies are tender.
Meanwhile melt butter, stir in flour until smooth, gradually stir in milk, bring to boil, cook and stir 1-2 min., until thickened.
Process veggies in blender or food processor til smooth, return to pan,add parsley, cream,salt and pepper. Heat through and serve.

I USED ONE BAG OF FROZEN CAULIFLOWER AND HALVED THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS
