1 can refrigerated biscuits, any type
20 cubes cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cp. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter in microwave and stir in garlic salt. In separate bowl, mix parmesan cheese and parsley. Cut each biscuit in half and roll out flat. Place cube of cheese in middle of dough and wrap dough around cube, making sure to seal, then roll into ball. Dip each ball into butter, then parmesan cheese. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake 10 min.
