12 hard boiled eggs, peeled
2-3 sprigs fresh dill
1 clove garlic
3 cps. white vinegar
1 cp. water
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 bay leaf
1/3 cp. sugar
4 tsp. pickling spices

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except eggs, garlic and dill in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Layer eggs and cooked onions in jar with dill weed and garlic. Pour hot liquid over eggs and seal. After jar has cooled, refrigerate for at least 5 days before opening to allow eggs to pickle.
