1/3 cup chopped green peppers
3 medium onions, chopped
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cup water
1/2 cup wine
2 tsp. vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 can Gorton's chopped clams
1 can 3 Diamonds whole small clams
1 1/2 cup rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oil. Add green peppers and garlic. Add remaining ingredients except rice and clams. Let boil on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Add rice and clam juice, let boil and simmer, adding more water if needed. When rice is cooked, add clams. Remove from heat and cover for 10 minutes. Put in dish and garnish with green peppers, boiled eggs, dried olives, and parsley, if desired.
