Ingredients: 4-5 green chilies 2 jalapeno's (remove the seeds if you want less heat in the salsa) 1 yellow onion 1/2 bunch of cilantro (or more if you really like cilantro) 2 bunch green onion 4 medium/large tomatoes 5 Roma tomatoes 1 lemon, juiced (strain the seeds out) salt and pepper to taste

Directions:I don't like to make this in a food processor or blender as I like a nice chunky salsa that is of a consistency of hand chopping all the vegetables. I have a hand cranked food processor that I have had for years from Pampered Chef. If you don't have one of these...then...Chop, Chop, Chop...by hand!!
Clean all your vegetables, then chop up and add all the vegetables to a mixing bowl. Add your lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a sealed container and refrigerate. I like to make this at least a few hours before I plan on serving as I like all the flavors to combine. |

Notes: This is a long time Family favorite. I love this salsa. I don't do well on Heat, so this is perfect for me. Very refreshing....and addicting!!
