1 pound of Jimmy Dean sage sausage (Bob Evans is the best, if in your area)
1 can of crescent roll dough (Publix brand is great, if in your area)
1 block of cream cheese
½ red pepper
½ green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Brown sausage in a pan at medium heat.
3. Chop green and red peppers, and add to browned sausage.
4. Add cream cheese to pan, stir together until well mixed.
5. On a baking pan, unroll crescent roll dough into a single flat sheet.
Suggest puttng parchment paper on the baking pan.
6. Put sausage mixture in the center of the rectangular dough and spread evenly down the center, leaving the sides of the dough uncovered.
7. Cut 1 inch wide strips along the sides of the dough, and stretch over sausage mixture, overlap strips making a braid.
8. Bake at 350º for approximately 15 minutes, or until browned.
