1 Egg
1/2 cp Milk
3/4 cp Flour
1 tsp Season Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 lb Ground Beef
Oil for frying

For gravy
3 tbsp oil
1 cp Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat Eggs and 1/2 cp Milk together
2. Mix 3/4 cp Flour, Season Salt, Black Pepper and Garlic Powder
3. Shape Ground Beef into 4 patties
4. One at a time dip patties into Egg mix then Flour coating both sides
5. Heat Oil over medium heat; add Patties
6. Cook until both sides golden brown and no pink inside
7. Remove Patties from oil
8. For gravy drain all but 3 tbsp oil
9. Add Flour to Oil; stir until paste like
10. Warm milk in microwave then add to pan little at a time; continuously stirring
11. Continue stirring until desired thickness
12. Pour gravy over patties & mash potatoes
