3 LBS CHICKEN COOKED & CHOPPED
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN
1 CAN DICED TOMATOES & GREEN CHILIPEPPERS
1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
1 BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED (I USE POBLANO)
1 TSP CHILI POWDER
½ TSP GARLIC POWDER
½ TSP CUMIN
CORN TORTILLAS CUT IN TO 1 INCH PIECES, ABOUT 12
2 CUPS CHEESE, SHREDDED

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Spray 13 x 9 glass baking dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl stir together chicken, soup, tomatoes, onion, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder & cumin.

Layer tortilla in baking dish. Top with ⅓ of the chicken mixture & ⅔ cup of the cheese. Repeat layers twice.

Bake uncovered 32-35 minutes or until bubbly.
