1 LARGE COOL WHIP
1 CUP CRUNCHY PEANTU BUTTER
2 CUPS POWDER SUGAR
2 GRAHAM CRACKER PIE SHELLS

Let cream cheese soften & add other ingredients--put in graham cracker pie shells.
