3 loaves of bread, broken & dried for 2 days.
1 bunch of celery (large)
3 large onions
½ lb. butter
½ can College Inn Chicken broth. ( more if needed)
salt and pepper
4½ tbsp. Bell's Poultry Seasoning
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter till tender.

Sprinkle seasoning over bread and pour butter and vegetables over and toss.

Ajust seasoning, pour on broth. When all is right add eggs and toss.

Bake at 350 º for 30 to 45 minutes. Be careful not to make the stuffing to moist, as it will get gummy and take much longer to cook.
