Overnight Coffee Ring Recipe

1 package frozen individual dinner rolls (Rich's 18 -20 dough balls)
1 small package of regular not instant butterscotch pudding mix less 1 tbsp
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup light brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
¾ cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and set aside
Spray a Bundt ** pan with cooking spray- be sure to coat completely
Combine pudding mix, sugar and cinnamon in bowl- set aside
Put frozen rolls/dough balls into the Bundt pan then cover with the pudding -sugar mix and the nuts; stir to cover
Pour cooled melted butter over the dough mixture in the Bundt pans

Let sit uncovered on the counter over night

In the morning, put pan into a preheated 350º oven for 15 minutes then cover pan with foil and cook another 15 minutes

When done, remove from oven and immediately invert onto a large rimmed plate and spoon sauce over the baked dough.

** Must use a Bundt pan not a spring form or angel food cake pan so sauce does not leak out.

It is easy to put together the night before you need it.
