½ pound butter
Zest from one lemon
6 large cloves garlic - pressed
½ tsp hot pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp oregano
1 pound raw medium sized shrimp peeled and deveined
⅓ -½ cup chopped parsley
2 whole green onions- chopped
¼ cup fresh or frozen lemon juice ( do not use artificial lemon )
½ - ⅔ cup grated Parmesan
1 pound angel hair or thin pasta - cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients and cook about two minutes until butter is melted.
Add shrimp and cook until pink.
Add onion, salt and pepper, and parsley and stir.
Add lemon juice and stir.
Cook for another minute or so over low heat. Toss with cooked past and Parmesan cheese

Amounts can be varied a bit according to taste.
