2 eggs
1/2 egg shell of water
2 cups of flour
Chicken broth for boiling the noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Add eggs to flour. Add 1/2 shell of water and mix all together to a small ball. Cut in two and roll out as thin as you can. Hang over back of chair on dish towel to dry. Cook in chicken broth.

Dad remembers his "Grandma Black" covering the backs of the dining and kitchen chairs with dishtowels and painstakingly making egg noodles, draping them over the backs of the chairs to dry. He says that her "noodles with chicken" is one of the yummiest things she made. Unfortunately, I don't have a recipe for the chicken that she put on top.
