Microwave Apple Crisp

This recipe rocks!
4 med tart cooking apples
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup oats
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 Tbsp butter
1 tsp Cinnamon Vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Core and Slice apples, place in Stack Cooker casserole.
Mix remaining ingredients in Quick Chef until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 7-10 minutes, until apples are tender. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired!

Caramel Dip:

8oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 cup brown sugar
½ tsp Cinn-Vanilla

Stir softened Cream Cheese, brown sugar and Cinn-Vanilla in Quick Chef with blade until creamy! Dip apples and other fruits!


Homemade Snicker Bars

12 oz Chocolate Chips
30 caramels
peanuts
2 Tbsp shortening
2 tsp butter
1 tsp water

In separate Vent N Serve melt and stir choc chips (about 90 sec, stir to smooth). Pour 1/2 into buttered Lg Shallow Vent N Serve, let cool. In another Vent N Serve, melt caramels 1 tsp water, butter (about 90 sec). Pour caramel mixture over chocolate, add peanuts and cover with the rest of Chocolate. Chill. Pop out of container to cut. Keep refrigerated.
