1/2 cup softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup honey
2 eggs
1/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 3/4 cup fine graham cracker crumbs (about 22 crackers)
2/3 cup milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. In a large mixer bowl, cream butter and vanilla. Add honey and continue to blend. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well each time.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and graham crumbs. Add dry mixture to the creamed mixture, alternately with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients.

Pour into a greased 9X12 pan. Bake 35- 40 minutes until done in center. Cool on a rack.
Cut into squares.
